Safe progress
Do not encourage starvation, purging, extreme exercise, unsafe supplementation, unlicensed medical treatment, self-harm, dangerous dares or missions that exceed someone’s physical or psychological capacity.
Privacy and authenticity
Share only content you have the right to share. Do not expose private messages, images, locations or identifying information without permission. Do not impersonate people or present AI output as another person’s real words.
Constructive accountability
Feedback should be specific, kind and invited. Challenge behaviour without dehumanising people. Celebrate consistency, courage and learning—not genetic traits, wealth or dominance.
Enforcement
Content or access may be restricted for violations, safety risk or abuse. Serious threats, exploitation or unlawful activity may be preserved and reported where required. Product reporting and appeal channels will be published before community features open.
