Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a particular invitation date, availability in your location or acceptance into the Concierge Sprint.

What MAXHAX is—and is not
MAXHAX provides educational self-development, planning and reflection tools. It does not provide medical, mental-health, nutritional, legal or financial advice; professional diagnosis; emergency services; or guaranteed appearance, fitness, social or dating outcomes.
Acceptable use
- Do not harass, deceive, exploit or manipulate another person.
- Do not use dating guidance to pressure or bypass consent.
- Do not submit unlawful, harmful or privacy-invasive content.
- Do not probe, disrupt, scrape or attempt to defeat service security.
- Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your age.
Pricing and subscriptions
Displayed prices describe intended founding offers, including Pro at ₹499 per month and a 21-day Concierge Sprint at ₹2,999. They are not charged through this pre-launch website.
Final checkout terms, taxes, renewal, cancellation and refund details will be shown before any payment is accepted. Founding prices may be limited by cohort, time or eligibility.
Intellectual property
MAXHAX names, visual systems, content, software and product materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes but may not copy, resell or create misleading derivative services from it.
Availability and liability
The pre-launch site is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue it. We do not promise that every recommendation will be suitable for every person.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAXHAX is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the pre-launch site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and enforcement
We may update these terms with a revised date. We may restrict access where use threatens safety, violates these terms or abuses other people. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
