Scope
This policy applies to the MAXHAX pre-launch website, its two-minute assessment and Founding 500 waitlist. Product and app features may require an updated policy before launch.
MAXHAX is a self-development planning product. Please do not submit medical records, government identifiers, financial details or other sensitive personal information.
Data we collect
Assessment
Assessment selections are used in your current browser session to create a priority stack. They are not included in the waitlist submission.
Waitlist
If you choose to join, we collect your first name, email address, selected focus area, submission source, consent and submission time. Hosting infrastructure may also process routine security and request logs.
How we use data
- Record and manage your request for founding access.
- Send material product, invitation and launch updates.
- Plan cohort demand across product focus areas.
- Protect the service from abuse and maintain reliability.
- Meet applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell your waitlist information or create a public profile from it. Information may be processed by infrastructure and service providers acting on our instructions, and may be disclosed where legally required or necessary to protect users.
We do not use your assessment to create an attractiveness leaderboard or advertising category.
Retention and security
Waitlist records are kept while access is being offered and for a reasonable period afterwards to manage invitations, consent and suppression requests. Data that is no longer reasonably needed is deleted or de-identified.
We use proportionate technical and organisational measures, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete your waitlist record, or withdraw from launch updates. Use the unsubscribe or privacy request method included in any MAXHAX message you receive.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
Age and updates
WingAI and all dating communication features are for adults aged 18 or older. The general pre-launch website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek their data.
We may update this policy as MAXHAX moves from waitlist to product access. Material changes will be presented with a new effective date.
